Nic and her husband Chris moved to Ashford in 2010 when they planted Ashford Vineyard. Nic is employed part-time for Ashford Vineyard and is also a Speech and Language Therapist a day or two a week! Nic loves a decent glass of wine, family time (especially board games and puzzles) and going on adventures! They live with their 2 young girls and their energetic dog, Lola. Nic and Chris have also recently begun fostering and the church is partnered with Home for Good.

Chris is employed full-time for Ashford Vineyard and has a passion for seeing church ‘working’ and making a difference. He loves many foods he probably shouldn’t, loves photography, bodyboarding, music and more. They live with their 2 young girls and their energetic dog, Lola. Chris has one grown-up daughter in Essex too!
Chris is one of the Pastors at Ashford Vineyard. Part of that role is a the Key Leader for all things Circles. He is married to Vicki, they moved to Ashford in 2014 from Reading. Chris loves to cook, and hospitality is at the very heart of them as a couple.
Kat, with her husband Josh and their two children, moved to Ashford in 2019. As well as leading the Gathering Cluster with Josh, Kat is a part time vocal coach/singing teacher and heads up the worship at Ashford Vineyard. She loves to get out in the countryside and go for walks and writes songs too!
Josh moved to Ashford in 2019 with his wife, Kat and they have two young children who keep them pretty busy! Along with leading all things ‘gathering’ at Ashford Vineyard, Josh is Head of Coffee at Patisserie Valerie and is passionate about his beans!
Jon grew up in Ashford, is married to Emily and they have two children, Ruby and Joel. Jon and Emily returned to Ashford from London in 2013 and joined AV in 2016. He is borderline obsessive about football, Tottenham Hotspur and is currently studying for a Theology degree alongside his job in accounts. Together with Emily, he oversees AV Sundays.
Having spent her teens in Ashford, Emily and her husband Jon returned from London in 2013, joining Ashford Vineyard in 2016. With a background in journalism, she is an editor and writer currently working for MAF International. They have two children, Ruby and Joel, and together they oversee AV Sundays. When she’s not juggling kids, work and church, you’ll find her drinking a latte and reading a book.
Liz is employed part-time as the Office Administrator and is integral to the running of all of the admin teams within Ashford Vineyard. She was born in London but has lived in Ashford for most of her life. She is married to Alan and has 3 grown-up children, a daughter-in-law, a granddaughter and a fluffy pooch called Theo. She is an avid Arsenal supporter!
Renee moved to the UK to marry her husband, Jonathan, in 2016. They have two incredible boys together which keeps them busy. Renee is the Compassion Projects Manager and loves all aspects of AV Compassion, especially the notion of equipping individuals and families with the tools and resources necessary to help them find financial freedom.
Chrissie has bags of experience of working with kids and she brings all this to the table in leading AV Kids. She joined the team in February 2020, having been at Ashford Vineyard for many years. She is married to Ethan and has two wonderful children who she is often chasing after! Chrissie also hates having her photo taken!!
Becca is the founder of The Beehive Project. She leads an incredible team of women and manages the running of the shop. She is passionate about Ashford, and a huge champion of the towns business sector. She would love to see a thriving town centre! When she is not doing all of that, she is Mum to 3 kids, 1 dog, and many many house plants.
Kaylee has lived in Ashford all her life. She’s married to her doting husband John and they have a toddler and a baby on the way. Kaylee heads up our incredible AV Youth team. She is passionate about helping young people to accept themselves for who they are and strives to increase their relationships with God. Kaylee loves the outdoors, animals and anything adventurous.
Shiyani and her husband have lived in Kent since 2015. They have two amazing kids. She has a love for travel – not the touristy type, but the type where you get to know how life is like for the locals. When she is not working on our communications, she is probably having pretend tea with her 3 year old.
I consider myself to be a fun loving person with a zest for life. I very much enjoy meeting people and am passionate about supporting those who are struggling in any way.
I have three grown up children and am Grandma to five lively grandchildren. I share my home with Bonnie and Clyde (a West Highland Terrier and smoky blue budgie)
In my spare time I like to involve myself in anything creative, particularly cooking and sewing!
Michelle is part of the team at the Renew project. She moved to Ashford in 2020 with her husband Simon and 2 spaniels, Rosa and Dotty. Michelle has three grown up children Hayley, Meg and Ben. She likes to travel, loves books and enjoys sewing, making over 200m of bunting for Meg’s lockdown wedding to Jake!
Rachel is employed part-time as The Warehouse’s Site Manager. She keeps the building ticking over, and is a dab hand with a screwdriver. She and her partner Pete have 2 young sons. She loves park run and is passionate about singing, she is a proud member of Ashford Sings!
